WALK-THROUGH CONSULTATION
 

To assess your home’s staging needs, we recommend starting with a walk-through consultation. We will give you specific recommendations to prepare your home for our competitive real estate market. This may include:

  • organizational tips

  • furniture placement ideas

  • paint recommendations

  • lighting improvements

  • decorative enhancements

 

We will also give you general guidelines for keeping your home looking its best during showings, and how to keep areas like closets and bathrooms tidy during home sales. A walk-through consultation takes about 1-2 hours depending on the size

of the home.

 

STAGING SERVICES FOR UNOCCUPIED HOMES

 

In the Triangle, empty homes generally sit unsold for a longer time and sell for less than staged homes of comparative value. These homes simply feel less inviting to potential buyers, and the buyers find it more difficult to envision living in the space with their furnishings.

 

DIGS can provide fully furnished staged rooms for your home—from the rugs on the floor to the art on the walls—to create important first impressions for potential home buyers.

Furnished rooms help buyers to:
 

  • understand a room’s proportion and actual size

  • show buyers how to arrange furniture in awkward or
    non-traditional spaces

  • help them to imagine their own furnishings in each room

 

Good staging creates a good mood, and DIGS provides that in all the homes we stage. DIGS does not charge for estimates for unoccupied staging projects.
